Radhuni Roast Masala

Radhuni easy mix roast masala gives you the optimum taste of roast in the easiest way, without having to add any other spices. just add sour curd in preparation and edible oil in cooking with chicken.

Sodium Chloride, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Chilli, White pepper, Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Mace, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Saffron color (E102, E110 and E 123) Bay leaf

1. Chicken Meat 1 kg

2. Edible Oil 10 Tablespoons or 150 ml

3. Radhuni Roast Masala 1 packet

4. Sour yoghurt - 1/2 Cup (250ml sized cup)

5. Onion- 1/2 cup (250 ml sized cup) 

Fry meat and chopped onion in the heated oil till both being light brown and keep in two different vessels. Mix sour yoghurt, Radhuni Roast Masala, sugar, fried meat and 1/2 cup of 250 ml sized cup water with the remaining oil. Saute for some time. Add water as required and cook. Once thick gravy is formed, remove the vessel. Garnish fried onion on cooked meat. It is now ready to eat. No need to add salt. The above quantity is suitable for serving 8 persons
