Radhuni Khichuri Mix- 01 pack
Edible Oil-6 tablespoons (90 ml)
Chopped Onion – ½ Cup (250ml sized cup)
Green Chilli- 5-6 pcs.
Water – 1 ½ liter or 6 cups (250ml sized cup)
Fry chopped onion in heated oil till light brown. Put Radhuni Khichuri Mix in it and fry it for a while. Add water, whole green chilli and then cover the vessel. When water is absorbed, keep the vessel on low heat for 15-20 minutes to get it properly boiled and making free from moisture. Then put down the vessel and serve hot.
*For mouth watering aroma you may spread 2 tablespoons ghee on khichuri when water is absorbed.
*No need to add Salt.
The above quantity is suitable for serving 4-5 persons.
